Please note, all shipping costs listed above are exclusive of VAT. During the checkout process VAT will be calculated on the total order value including any applicable shipping costs.
* Special Delivery is available as an upgrade for light orders (<1kg) being sent to mainland UK. Orders weighing more than 1kg are already sent by next day courier. The flat fee of £3.95 for Special Delivery must be processed through our customer service team and is in addition to any shipping fees calculated on the original order. Please note that "next day" refers to the time from when the order has been dispatched and not when the order was placed.
** Due to the excess carriage charged for heavy goods to the Canary Islands, we require an additional payment of £25 for orders weighing over 1kg. This payment is processed through our customer service team.
*** Due to excess special handling fees we do not send packages over 1kg to Switzerland.
We also ship throughout the rest of the world so if you would like us to ship outside of the countries listed in the table above, please contact us by email on info@medicAnimal.com or by phone on +44 (0) 203 058 0500 for quotes on shipping to your location.
Please note that shipping rates are shown in Euros (€) for all orders outside the UK.
If your shipping address is outside of the UK but you would prefer to pay for your order in GBP (£) then the order must be placed through our customer service department. Please note that due to the different pricing structure for the UK there is a flat fee of £5 charged for orders weighing less than 1kg (£10 for over 1kg). If the total value of your order is over £99 this fee is waived.
Customs regulations for goods shipped outside of EU
You may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees which may be imposed by your local government when you receive your package. You are responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your local post office or customs office to inquire about these charges.
