The 'Greeting Stretch'

You may assume that the ‘Greeting Stretch’ is like a human ‘Morning Stretch’. That your dog has probably been sleeping or relaxing before you arrived home, and that this is his way of waking up his muscles, joints and tendons. A way to get the blood flowing again.

However, the ‘Wake Up Stretch’ is actually very different from the ‘Greeting Stretch’ that many pet owners sometimes see when they come home.
